I’m so glad you found my work. I find it an honor to be considered in supporting you in your journey.

I am a Queer, Trans, polyam, AuDHD, disabled, latine working class person in long-term addiction recovery. I am also a community organizer, domestic abuse survivor, BDSM/Kink member, & police & prison abolitionist. I support folks to define their own values & moral code & align their behavior. I encourage acceptance, love & integration of all of our parts, especially our shadow. I teach advocacy, soothing & expression skills that name & meet needs rather than suppress them. I also support folks to identify & connect to places & people that honor them. I believe in harm reduction towards root-deep change.

Recovery & decolonial movements taught me to claim from the ashes a life without shame. I still experience intense emotions, I honor & understand them now, I hear their message. I ground in culture, community, visioning, art, body sensations, parts work & humor/play. I assist folks to break generational patterns of abuse & abandonment. To become, to create.

I am playful, compassionate, direct & honest. I will fight for you & with you. While I don’t have all the answers, imperfectly, I will hold joy, grief & pain with you.
